Hi there blog land! My name's Holly and I'm finally joining you all in hopes of making friends and sharing things that I have in common with others. I figure I could tell you a little about myself in this first paragraph, so here goes! I've already told you my name's Holly. I just recently turned 25 (March 3rd). I live in southern Ohio, in a very small town, along the river. Right now, the river's flooded. So glad I live on a hill instead of down right next to the river. I've lived in this town for my whole life and I'll probably always be in or around it. I love it here. I love cats, computers, music, owls, peace signs, crafts and cooking. Oh and I have the most wonderful boyfriend, with future plans on marrying him (he hasn't asked...though we have talked about it). I don't know what I would do without him.
I started out knitting a few years ago and ever since then it's blossomed into other crafts. I've always been a somewhat crafty person (at least when I was little) or so my mom says. She also says she has no clue where I got it from because she doesn't have a crafty bone in her body! The mystery shall remain but I do think I got my sewing interests and cooking interests from my grandma.
So, you may be asking yourself (or even asking your computer screen...does your computer have a name?); Why is she making this blog? Well, simply put...I love to craft. And I so want to share that with others. I won't just post about crafts, though. Life and what's going on will enter into my posts as well. Hopefully I wont be too boring for you! Hehe. You might also find a random recipe stuck in here somewhere, as I also love to cook and share what I might be making at any given moment! I'm hoping to make friends that also love to craft and ones that I have things in common with. You can never have too many friends! I also love to share things I love. So I will most likely also be doing features on here of other crafty blogs.
So yes, that about sums it up! Not too much else to really say except I really hope you enjoy my blog. Bear with me while I get things set up in the next week or so.
